Melissa Cline,

Melissa has 26 years of experience working in the field of Developmental Disabilities. She has studied Early Childhood Special Education and held several positions in the field including Camp Counselor, Direct Support Professional, Lead Direct Support Professional, Personal Assistant, Job Coach, Community Integration Specialist, CIST, Professional Manager, Daycare Director, and Lead Teacher in a preschool. Melissa became a member of the SB40 team in February, 2013 as the Community Engagement Specialist and Youth Employment Program Director. Prior to working at Adair County SB40, she worked for Chariton Valley Association and Faith Lutheran School in Kirksville. Melissa is a volunteer on the Board of the Heartland Task Force Coalition and an At-Large Board Member for Missouri AAIDD . She is married, has one daughter, and several pets – three dogs, two cats, and a rabbit. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys dancing, music, crafting, reading, and spending time with her family.
